Share your secerts!!
So I have been wanting to lose all my baby weight that I gained with Ethan and yes he is 20 mos old now so you would think I would have already lost it but I haven't and it's so depressing especailly to see all my cute clothes still hanging in my closet that still don't fit. So I put this little tracker up to hopefully make me more focused, I tried before like a million times and I'll do good for a couple days or a week but I won't exercise one day, or I'll drink soda or eat ice cream so I'm like oh well blew it and I'll say "I'll start next week" well not this time I am determined to lose 10 pounds by christmas so it will be a lot of hard work. Eating good and exercising! My goal is to lose 20 we will see how long that takes! Any tips anyone what has worked for you? I'll try anything, already I'm not going to drink soda and I love love Dr. Pepper! Share you Secerts!!

i think you look great, andi just saw you! but you are good to wanna stick to it, i always did the "oh i'll start on monday thing" too. i think you look good the way you are :) but i wish you the best of luck in your diet! and good luck over thanksgiving.. i couldn't do it!
Hey D'laina - Not that I think you need to loose weight, but something that helps me is to write down EVERYTHING I eat. ANd I also get on CalorieKing.com and type in what I eat to see the calorie content and I try and stay within a certain amount of Calories everyday. Thats my TIP!
