2 cubes of butter
2 cups of brown sugar
1 cup karo syrup
heat and bring to a boil, once boiling let boil for 6 mins, stir occasionally
Add one can of sweented condensed milk, let boil for 2 more mins, stir constantly
pour over one bag of "barrel o fun" corn pops ( 15oz) - not the cereal!

It's gooey when you first make it but then it hardens it's super yummy hot (messy too) I put it in a big tupperware thing it worked perfect!

Oh. My. Gosh. I'm so glad you posted this! My friend brought these to my house on my (our) birthday! Her mom made em for us though because my friend doesn't cook. She didn't have the recipe, though! YAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!
I love caramel popcorn!!!! And ya, I am making Sienna a Dora cake for her birthday. You should go look at JoAnne's Arts and Crafts. They have tons of cake pans for different characters. You mostly just have to worry about frosting it!!
